Rodney Lee Martinez (aka Rodzilla) 59, was born on April 23, 1965 in Denver, Co. and gained his Angel wings on June 1, 2024. Rodney is the Son of Loretta Parrish and Joe Anthony Martinez (deceased). Nephew to Theresa Martinez (San Luis, Co). Father to Isaiah (Sabrina) Martinez, Selah, & Great friend to Memo Vaquera. Grandfather to Johnny, Adrian, Jovonny, Elliana, Isaiah Jr., Aiyana. Brother to Richard Martinez (deceased), Rita Pugh, Robert Martinez, Billy (Paige) Parrish, Brandy Parrish, and numerous Nephews and Nieces. Rodney loved being a Christian, he read the Bible a lot. He was a lover of beautiful things, He always seen the best in everything. He loved the color purple. Loved to draw and color. He was one of the biggest fans of the band KISS. He had a passion for Lowrider cars, and was a Painter by trade. Services will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 11:00 am at New Hope in Christ Church 11800 Ridge Pkwy Broomfield, Co 80021 (No reception to follow). Burial will be held Saturday July 20, 2024 at San Pablo Cemetery in San Luis, Co at 1:00 pm. Celebration of Life will be held in August TBD.
